Project: The project involved the construction
of a new four storey building designed
for use by the construction services
training department. Particular installations
included an indoor Wendy House area
which is constructed from scaffolding
on three levels to simulate a construction
site, Plumbing Area, ACOPS Test Area,
Lead Working Workshop, Electrical
Workshops, AM2 Test Area & Classrooms/Offices.
All electrical services were designed
and installed to a high standard by
Techelec as part of the Design & Build
contract under the supervision of the
College’s engineering departments.
These included Lighting, External Lighting,
Power, 110V Power, Fire Alarms & Data
containment.
