Project: The project involved the fast track fit-out of the new Allders Department Store which has sales area over two floors plus offices located on a further level. The store is part of a new build complex near to Horsham town centre and was an empty shell when Allders took over the site. The fast track nature of the project meant that we had to produce proposed floor layouts, tender, procure & mobilise site within a short space of time. The fit-out was completed within nine weeks which included a two week downtime of installations within the main floor area due to construction constraints. Particular installations included display fixtures & TV department. All electrical services were designed and installed by Techelec as part of the Design & Build contract. These included Lighting, Display Lighting, Fixture Lighting & Power, General Power, Mechanical Supplies & Controls Wiring, Fire Alarm, Satellite System & Specialist Wireways.
